Hand Winder for Volleyball Court Boundary Lines

Four 4-inch square plastic plates with 2-feet of bungee cord attached and a small s-hook at one end to attach to court lines. You bury the plates down into the sand about a foot. The bungee cord then attaches to corner loop with the s-hook.
