Set comes with one Pulley, one Winch and three Hooks. All pieces come galvanized and are moveable for placement on posts. Three sizes to choose from 2-3/8", 2-7/8", 3-1/2". Sizes are outside diameter. Poles not included. Winch comes galvanized, not green.
