Volleyball Mecca was created to provide a single source for volleyball enthusiasts to obtain their equipment and gear needs. We strive to offer the widest product selection while completing orders timely and offering knowledgable and genuine support to our customers.

It starts with having a seamless on-line ordering system that has great product selection, superb pricing and is extremely user friendly. Customers have the ability to order on-line or to call our representatives at 1 888 271 3616. Agents are available not just for sales but are knowledgable and can offer valuable support, advice and product recommendation over the phone, through "live chat" or by e-mailing our
support staff.
We have many different payment options available from credit cards to checks, money orders, purchase orders or we can open up your company an account. We boast integrated UPS shipping software that gives the customer the ability to know their actual shipping charges at check out.
Once an order has been placed we will send you a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail account that contains a copy of your order and your confirmation number. This confirmation number can be used anytime to track the status of your order through our "Orders" page.
Our shipping policy is to ship all items within 24-48 of your order being processed. If this is not possible you will be contacted via e-mial or phone by a Volleyball Mecca representative.
Upon shipment you will be notified via e-mail so that you my track your order and know its expected arrival.
When you receive your shipment, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason you may return it for a full product refund, excluding custom made orders. Additionally, we are available to answer any questions about product use or installation customers may have.
Once customers have experienced Volleyball Mecca's "True Customer Support" they will make us the ONLY place they go for their volleyball equipment needs!
